Following Values are Required of concentrated solutions  :
Molecular Formula                       = HClO4
Molecular Weight                         = 100.46
Assay or Purity of Compound     = 60.0%w/w
Weight per ml of compound        = 1.54

Put the given values in following formula
Formula:-                 1000ml x Wt.per ml x Purity of Conc. Solution
                                                    Molecular weight x 100
                               = ? M
                               =    1000ml x 1.54 x  60.0
                                            100.46 x 100
                               = 9.198 M
Concentrated Perchloric Acid 60.0 %w/w is about 9.198 M
9.198 M                = 1000 ml Conc. Perchloric Acid 60.0 %w/w
