Following Values are Required of concentrated solutions  :
Molecular Formula                       = NH3
Molecular Weight                         = 17.031
Assay or Purity of Compound     = 25.0%w/w
Weight per ml of compound        = 0.91

Put the given values in following formula
Formula:-                 1000ml x Wt.per ml x Purity of Conc. Solution
                                                    Molecular weight x 100
                               = ? M
                               =    1000ml x 0.91 x  25.0
                                            17.031 x 100
                               = 13.358 M
Concentrated Ammonia  25.0 %w/w is about 13.358 M
13.358 M              = 1000 ml Ammonia 25.0 %w/w
For 1M                  = 1000 ml Ammonia 25.0 %w/w
