Following Values are Required of concentrated solutions  :

Molecular Weight                          = 60.052
Assay or Purity of Compound     = 99.5%w/w
Weight per ml of compound        = 1.05

Put the given values in following formula
Formula:-                 1000ml x Wt.per ml x Purity of Conc. Solution
                                                    Molecular weight x 100
                               = ? M
                               =    1000ml x 1.05 x  99.5
                                            60.052 x 100
                               = 17.397 M
Concentrated Glacial Acetic Acid 99.5 %w/w is about 17.397 M
17.397 M              = 1000 ml Glacial Acetic Acid 99.5 %w/w
For 1M                  = 1000 ml Glacial Acetic Acid 99.5 %w/w
                                                     17.397
