Molecular Weight                         = 63.01
Assay or Purity of Compound    = 70.0%w/w
Weight per ml of compound      = 1.42

Put the given values in following formula
Formula:-                 1000ml x Wt.per ml x Purity of Conc. Solution
                                                    Molecular weight x 100
                               = ? M
                               =    1000ml x 1.42 x  70.0
                                            63.01 x 100
                               = 15.77 M
Concentrated Nitric Acid is about 15.77M
15.77M                 = 1000 ml Conc.Nitric Acid
For 1M                 = 1000 ml Conc.Nitric Acid
                                                     15.77
                              = 63.41 ml Conc. Nitric Acid Required
